Lakeview Park Boat Rack Lottery

This program is to sign up for the Lakeview Park (side beach at Cedar Lake) Kayak/SUP/Canoe Rack LOTTERY, to be held on May 7th at 10am.
Cost of $120 to store a kayak/SUP/Canoe from May 8th-October 31st is payable by the rack winners to "Town of Chester".

Note:

Only one entry per household is permitted. Lottery winners will face forfeiture of rack space if $120 fee is not paid by May 15th, 2024.
Storage of personal watercraft (kayak,canoe, stand up paddleboard) is at your own risk. Town of Chester is not responsible for damage, theft, injury, loss of ability, or loss of life that may occur as a result of participation in this program.
Secure watercraft when not in use by means of a bike chain and/or metal cable lock. Cables and locks are not provided by the Town of Chester. Using the rack to sublease or to operate a for-profit business is strictly prohibited.
Watercraft must fit in the rack space provided. Rack location preference can be noted on this form, but we are hopeful that the tallest boaters can use the top rack to help everyone else out.
Abandoned watercraft will become property of the Town after October 31st, 2024.
