Yoga, Breathing, and Meditation with Samantha
Join Chester Resident Samantha Koong for Yoga at the historic Chester Meeting House Fridays from 9am-10am.
Slow flow vinyasa to music, mindful breathing, and guided meditation. All levels welcome.
Bring a yoga mat and water.
The room will be warm and comfortable.

Samantha Koong, RYT 200
Samantha earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Yoga Garden in San Francisco, and 50-hour supplemental training in Kundulini at Kripalu. Her class are suited for all levels and combine the following yoga disciplines; Hatha, Iyengar. Vinyasa and Kundalini. Her classes aim to restore balance in the body, build strength, detoxify the organs and quiet the mind. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 2008. In addition to being a yoga teacher Samantha is a certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher.
